Coaching Agreement

Spiritual Life Coaching

Welcome to spiritual life coaching! The coach-client relationship is designed to help you to gain greater clarity, focus, and power to pursue what is most important to you, as you seek to live out your God-given purpose in every aspect of your life.

In my role as your coach, I am committed to acting with your best interests in mind.

I am committed to engaging whole-heartedly in the coaching process with you, supporting the agenda that you, as the client, determine.

I will also introduce biblically sound, spiritual principles and practices, as I deem relevant to the coaching process for your reflection.

As the one being coached, your signature below indicates your agreement to the following commitments and arrangements.

You agree and commit to:

• Engaging whole-heartedly in the coaching process.

• Completing at least one action step that will help you move toward your vision.

• Being held accountable to action step(s) agreed upon at the last session.

• Spending at least 10-15 minutes the day before each session to prepare by completing the “Session Preparation Form” (SPF) and emailing to me 24 hours ahead of time.

• Meeting as we agreed, for a minimum of six months.

Our signatures on this document indicate full understanding and agreement with the conditions described above.

This agreement is an indication of our mutual commitment to enter into this coaching relationship in good faith.

You, the client, understand that there are no guarantees of outcomes from coaching, and that coaching is not psychotherapy.

You are the expert on your own life and take full responsibility for whatever action steps and you choose to take as a result of our coaching relationship.
